PTD (Permanent Total Disability) refers to injury results which permanently and completely prevent the insured person from engaging in or giving attention to their profession or occupation. Examples include loss of both hands, both feet, or loss of sight in both eyes.

If the insured is hospitalized due to injuries sustained in an accident, the policy pays out a fixed daily cash allowance (ranging from KES 1,000 to KES 4,000 per day depending on the chosen plan) for the duration of the hospital stay. This helps to offset income losses or cover miscellaneous personal costs.

Yes. In addition to the lump sum benefits for death and disability, the policy covers medical expenses incurred for treatment of accidental injuries up to the limit of your chosen plan (up to KES 70,000 for Plan IV).
